    Win7 Pro SP1, fully patched
Excel 2013 Pro Plus, fully patched. (v15.0.4997.1000)
    MarketXLS v8.0.0.7

    1. New install on this PC. Excel runs ok with out marketXLS installed.
    2. After MarketXLS install, Excel crashes as soon as I try to open any document (or a blank document).
    3. Uninstalled then reinstalled MarketXLS (with Excel open). Installed ok.
    4. Restart Excel and was able to register MarketXLS.
    5. Restart Excel and the crash issue returns.
    6. Uninstall MarketXLS and excel runs ok.
    What now?

Installed 8.0.0.8 and registered it. Restarted Excel and tried to open one of my marketXLS sheets. Opens ok, but when I refresh the prices (maybe a bad idea on a DOW down 1175 day :) I get bumped over to VBA with a dialog box saying the code for the project must be updated for 64 bit systems. I do have the 64 bit version of Excel installed.

followed by a MarketXLS error. Debug stuff below:

Please can you check if you have only one version of MarketXLS installed in the control panel? And also if there is only one version of MS Office?

    Thanks

I'm having the same issue, crashing in office 365. Any time I try to use a marketxls function it crashes, I can use sheets without it fine. Can you send me the link to 8.0.0.8, I never got an e-mail with that version.
