Limited or Invalid License Error

    Why do I get this error when my license is only six months old?

    I'm getting the SAME error this right now

    I tried reentering the key, says invalid.

    ok, I tried the second key first (which is the same as my original key I had before) It worked . So it might have been my copy paste error on my first try after you fixed the bug. thanks

    but it seems like i am having to apply it "every" time I open a spreadsheet file save or new. EXAMPLE: I applied the license and updated quotes in portfolio file 1 saved and closed it. When reopen the file, it asks for license info again when i try to update quotes. When I open another separate portfolio price and click "refresh All, it say INVALID License same as first file. After activating each time then the update works fine...........definitely cant be going thru the activation process every time i open a spread sheet????

    Thanks for your patience while we work this out. This should I hope resolve automatically while we put some temp measures.

    I am still running 8.0.0.4 , could that be the problem with the activation dropping of each time close/ reopen a file immediately a few seconds later? I did not upgrade from 0.4 because it had all the functions I need and all my portfolio sheets worked fine on both my Win 7 Desktop at home and on My Win10 laptop on the road, all worked fine across multiple spreadsheets just fine over the past month. The issue just started this morning so i did not want to upgrade to new version early and have to deal with any new bugs. Are all the bugs worked out already in the new 0.6 build?

    Hi Andy,

    Yes, we made some changes in version 8.0.0.6 about this issue. So instead of app calling directly the database we are using the webserver to call the database.

    Please can you update to 8.0.0.6?

    Let me know, if and when you are free so if possible I can see your screen and guide you through it.

    Hello Ankur,
    Good News.......I did a "clean" upgrade to 0.6 Install on my desktop. All working fine now. License info is remaining persistent across all files and sessions. All my portfolio functions are updating and populating now.
