My outputs are coming in billions. How do I fix this?

for example, for symbol "A" the last comes as  519,000,015,259.00 instead of 51.90

    Hi Sam,

Hmmm... that's a bit strange. Is it only for Symbol A or for all?

    Was it fine earlier?

What is the version of Excel that you are using?

Would you mind trying a restart and a reinstall.

    Regards,

It´s for all symbols. there is also some information which is coming N/A

    Example:

    Symbol Last Bid Ask
    AAPL 138,960,006,714.00 13,866.00 13,869.00
    GOOGL 849,849,975,586.00 57,907.00 N/A
    NFLX 139,529,998,779.00 13,939.00 13,990.00
    MSFT 640,100,021,362.00 6,390.00 6,400.00
    GE 301,900,005,341.00 3,007.00 3,020.00
    GS 251,059,997,559.00 25,106.00 25,168.00
    BAC 252,299,995,422.00 2,519.00 2,520.00
    AAPL170303C00138000 105.00 N/A N/A

I restarted and reinstalled it but the problem continues...

I use excel 2016. I just installed it yesterday - so for me it is like this since the beginning

I don´t know if it affects but I live in brazil.

    Hi Samy,

More than the location I think it could be about the language of your MS Excel software. May I ask what it is?

    Thanks

    Hi Samy,

I think that is the issue.  I am working to fix this. This is only about the language.  Will come back asap.

    Kind regards

    Ankur

    Hi Samy,

Ok, I have checked this in detail by creating a VM and installing marketXLS on a Portuguese language excel. However, I am not able to replicate this issue as the numbers seems to be coming fine ( Please check the screenshot attached herewith).

Now, I know what is causing this behavior. Its due to the default comma/decimal separator. I was wondering if you have another PC with normal English Based Excel?

    Thanks

    Ankur
