Hi Alan, You sure can. Please find the details below... http://marketxls.com/knowledgebase/using-real-time-functions-with-marketxls-using-barchart-coms-data/ We have a category of functions called Real time data, all these functions start with a prefix "rt". Kind regards Ankur for MarketXLS

When I enter: =Ask_Real_time(A5) I get N/A in the cell. When I enter: =LastTrade_PriceOnly(A6) It works fine.

Hi Lester, You are right, there seems to be some issues with this Ask_Real_time function and it probably needs to be deprecated. I am afraid the only function that will give you the most "real time" price will be =LastPriceRealTime("MSFT") Kind regards Ankur for MarketXLS

I changed my sheet to use LastPriceRealTime but now my cell is populated with a number that contains about 10 decimal places. I change the format of the cell saying 2 decimal places but it doesn't help.

Hi Lester, Please can you try like I show below? =VALUE(LastPriceRealTime("MSFT")) Thanks Ankur for MarketXLS

Hello, Yes that works properly. But it is a lot of work to code it that way for 120+ symbols across multiple tabs. If that is the only way to get it to work I can make the change. I've also noticed since installing MarketXLS that my spreadsheet is very sluggish. Looking at Task Manager I see Excel in a 'Not Responding'state. Usually when I see 'Calculating' on the bottom of the spreadsheet. Please advise. Thanks Lester

Hi Lester, There is a hacky way, which is this. Press CTRL + Code: (grave accent). This will turn the whole worksheet into formulas. And then copy the formulas put in notepad. Replace "Last" by =VALUE(Last and then paste the formulas back in excel from notepad. Press CTRL + (grave accent) again to get the normal mode. Not sure if you will be able to do it. But give it a try. If not do the normal way please. With regards to sheets being sluggish... please see below...FAQs and see if they help... https://marketxls.com/ufaqs/way-keep-marketxls-updating-automatically/ https://marketxls.com/ufaqs/excel-hangs-due-many-calculations-not-able-anything-finishes/ Kind regards Ankur for MarketXLS
