Returns historical leverage ratio for a company

Returns the historical debt-to-equity ratio trend indicator, showing whether the company's leverage is increasing or decreasing over time.

Use when user asks for:
- Debt to equity trend analysis
- Historical leverage indicator
- D/E ratio direction over time

Do NOT use when:
- Need overall leverage ratio -> use hf_Leverage_ratio()
- Need current D/E ratio, not trend -> use Debt_Equity()
- Need total debt analysis -> use hf_Total_Debt()
