Returns the real-time absolute dollar gain or loss for portfolio holdings based on current market prices versus cost basis.

Use when user asks for:
- Real-time holdings gain in dollars
- Current portfolio profit/loss amount
- Live holdings value change

Do NOT use when:
- Need end-of-day holdings gain -> use HoldingsGain()
- Need percentage gain on holdings -> use HoldingsGainPercent_Real_time()
