Returns the opening price for a stock or ETF on the last trading day of the specified year (Dec 31, adjusted for weekends/holidays).

Common Issues & FAQ
The date used isn't Dec 31.?
If Dec 31 is a weekend/holiday, the nearest prior trading day is used.
