Neff Screen
Description

John Neff bought low multiple stocks that were still growing and still paying dividends, and this screen collects what that judgment needs: trailing price to earnings, dividend yield, the consensus five year earnings growth estimate, quarterly revenue, operating income and free cash flow per share.
Neff's own measure added the dividend yield to the growth rate before dividing by the P/E, which these columns support directly. The industry label is included because a low multiple means something different in a cyclical business than in a stable one. Data refreshes through MarketXLS formulas.
