Comparable Sector Analysis
Sector analysis serves to provide an investor with a judgment about how well companies in the sector are expected to perform. Using Marketxls functions the investor can assess how the various sectors are performing on various financial indicators like dividend yield, price-to-earnings ratio and return on equity, as well as the past returns. Ranks have been provided on the basis of these above parameters, so that the investor can choose, the top 2 or top 3, as per their choice. The one with the minimum value in the total of the ranks column, is the best performing sector.
