Driehaus Revised Screen
Richard Driehaus is considered by many to be the father of momentum investing.
Driehaus Revised Screen focuses on earnings growth in YoY and QoQ fashion. The criteria to filter the stocks is based on the price momentum which is linked to the earnings growth of the company. Thus, if the Earnings are increasing that too in an accelerating manner, then the stock passes the test. Also, the criteria include a limit on market cap, and only the companies with a market cap of more than 50 million and less than 3 billion come under the ambit of the stocks that satisfy this test.
