LiveRepresents a measure of the price changes of residential housing as a percentage change from a specific start date.
Example usage | =HousePriceIndex(6) - Returns last 6 Observations. =HousePriceIndex("2022-01-15","2022-10-15") - Returns observations from 15th of January 2022 to 15th of October 2022 =HousePriceIndex("status") - Returns status of the data i.e. Units, currency, history etc =HousePriceIndex() - Returns a table of all observations =HousePriceIndex("2022-01-15") - Returns first previous observation from 15th of January 2022 =HousePriceIndex("lp") - Returns last observation.
