When I am trying to log into my QM (Quote Media) account it is not getting authenticated

If you have got the Quote Media (QM) username and password applied, please check a few things:

1) Check if Professional User mode is checked off (You might not have Professional License) in the settings of Quotemedia. If you still can’t resolve the issue follow step 2

2) Re-install MarketXLS:

Go to Control Panel, Add or remove programs
Look for MarketXLS, select it and then click on uninstall
Reinstall the latest version from the website
Double click on the downloaded file and follow the process to complete the install.
