James O’Shaughnessy All Cap Screen is a growth investing strategy devised by US fund manager James O’Shaughnessy in his 1996 book, What Works on Wall Street. It attempts to lessen the risk of small-cap stocks while still increasing a portfolio’s overall diversification. It is a combination of both the Growth Market Leaders and Small Cap Growth and Value screens and adds a growth component to a mostly value-oriented screen.
