Just Bought Pro Version and Cannot Connect

    I just purchased the Pro Version of MarketXLS and so far it has been a frustrating experience.

    Since downloading the software and running as a administrator, I have been unable to apply my license key. I get this error when I enter the license key sent to me by email.

    I cannot connect to the MarketXLS database in order to use the software and keep this error everytime I open Excel.

    FYI... I am using Windows 10 and Office 2016

    Are you behind a Proxy?

    Hi Jerry,

    Looks like the app can not connect to the internet. As Ron asked, are you behind a proxy in any corporate environment? We are working to add proxy support in coming release. Let me know whats the current status so we can try and sort this out for you.
