    Please can you try after going to Settings/Help>>Settings>> Clear Cache and try like shown below?

    temp.gif

    There are some more option functions like OpenInterest etc which are not working but they can be fixed on the server. For those I do not have to release a new version. Only the Bid and Ask were the main issues and I am getting numbers for them.

    Just uploaded the new file at the same location, please can you reinstall and try again?

    Thanks

    Also, note there are many symbols for which the Bid and Ask is actually 0.

    Unfortunately the bid/ask option function returns NA or 0 for all stock codes. I have uninstalled/reinstalled and cleared cache as suggested. The previous version worked well...

    Ok. I just installed the new version. Still not working.

    These are the formulas that I am using:

    =Option_PreviousClose(A2) => All show NA
    =Option_Open(A2) => All show NA
    =Option_Bid(A2) => All show 0.00
    =Option_Ask(A2) => All show 0.00
    =Option_StrikePrice(A2) => All show NA
    =Option_OpenInterest(A2) => All show NA
    =Option_ExpirationDate(A2) => All show NA

    I have these in a huge table. Here are some of the ones that I am using:

    CSCO170915P00032000
    PFE170721P00034000
    INTC170818C00038000
    SO180119C00050000

    Interestingly, if I put MSFT170428C00055000 (the example you use above) I get the following results:

    =Option_PreviousClose(A2) => NA
    =Option_Open(A2) => NA
    =Option_Bid(A2) => 11.20
    =Option_Ask(A2) => 11.55
    =Option_StrikePrice(A2) => NA
    =Option_OpenInterest(A2) => NA
    =Option_ExpirationDate(A2) => NA

    So your program is picking up some of the information about a Microsoft Call (but not all) and nothing on anything else. I really need this fixed as soon as possible. Thanks

    I tried this...
    CSCO170915P00032000

    =Ask("CSCO170915C00032000") I got 2.58 which is correct
    =Option_Ask("CSCO170915C00032000") is correct as well.

    Can you create a new sheet and try only the ones above Just 2 functions and suggest?

    I created a new spreadsheet. I tried the 2 functions that you suggested:

    I got .83 and .84. I don't know why you got 2.58.

    Now my other spreadsheet is working on the Bid and Ask columns. Unless you changed something don't understand why it is working now and not a couple of hours ago.

    Hmm, but the ask pricing for this is 2.58 , if you get 0.83 that seems to be incorrect

    You just confused the Put and Call. I think the new release is working on Bid and Ask. Let me know when you get the rest of the Option functions fixed. Thanks

    Its giving this message for Expired options. It will not impact anything, but I will get this sorted.

    AGI170616C00007500 is not expired, it expires in 16th Jun 2017. I get the "incorrect syntax..." message multiple times. all functions for AGI170616C00007500 return NA or N/A:
    =Option_StrikePrice
    =Option_ExpirationDate
    =Option_Bid
    =Option_Last_Price

    Also I am getting 0 for the following stock =Bid:
    BAA
    EGI

    I am getting N/A for acn170616c00090000. I have checked all ACN options for 170616 and am getting N/A on some, incorrect values on some and correct values on some. The 170616c00090000 is the most important but, it is evident that a number of problems exist.
