How do I request a refund?

MarketXLS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual subscriptions only. Email support@marketxls.com within 30 days of your initial purchase to request it. The full terms are in the refund policy.

Who qualifies for a refund

Annual subscriptions: refundable within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
Monthly and quarterly subscriptions: not refundable. You can cancel anytime so the next billing period is not charged.
Renewals: not refundable, including automatic annual renewals. The 30-day window applies only to the initial purchase. Cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to renew.
Additional data subscriptions (for example real-time data feeds, billed monthly): not covered by the guarantee.
Templates: not refundable.
Trial versions and their renewals: not refundable.
Professional or Business accounts: not refundable.
MarketXLS India plans: no money-back guarantee.

How much is refunded

The refund is the annual subscription price minus:

a pro-rated charge for each day you used MarketXLS in the first month, and
a $50 setup fee.

A refund can also be adjusted when third-party data feed activations have already been paid on your behalf, when a product claim can't be reasonably substantiated, or when the request is not made in good faith.

How to request a refund

Email support@marketxls.com with the subject "Refund Request", your order ID or account email, and a short reason for the refund.
We review the request and reply within 1-2 business days with the refund amount.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

The Software License Agreement sets out the binding contractual terms. If the refund policy and the License Agreement differ, the License Agreement applies.
