Test in a blank workbook

Before you change a large workbook, open a blank workbook and enter the test formula from Enter your first MarketXLS formula. This test separates an add-in problem from a problem in one workbook.

Prepare a support request

If the issue continues, contact MarketXLS support. Include the exact formula, symbol, error message, platform, and Excel version. Remove account credentials and sensitive workbook data from screenshots.
